Forgot My Password

If you have forgotten your log-in password, you can retrieve these by entering the email address that you have registered with the Agency or your username which was provided to you.

The system will send an email which should take a couple of minutes. Please ensure you check your junk email folder or any spam filter that you or your ISP uses.

The email will contain a temporary password. You will need to change this when you log in using it. Please DO NOT copy and paste password. If you still have no luck, please call Munchkins Management.
